What data we process. This website has no user accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers. We only process: (1) the data you send us through the contact form or by email (your name, your email address and your message), to reply to you; (2) technical data such as IP address, browser and time of the request, which our hosting provider records in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Legal basis. Replying to your messages is based on your request and on our legitimate interest in answering it (art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Server logs are based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it. Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and for up to 10 years if they relate to an order, as required by Italian accounting law. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short time.

Who receives it. Our hosting provider, our email provider and Web3Forms, the service that delivers contact-form messages to our inbox, who act as data processors. Some of them may be located outside the European Union; in that case transfers are covered by the European Commission's adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to [info@northgrowth.it]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
